The reception staff was very friendly. The lobby featured a creative design and many LEGO bricks (my kids loved it!). There was a fun and safe play area for children near the lobby. We booked a NINJAGO Themed Room. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the room remained quiet at night. The hotel's proximity to theme parks made access to LEGOLAND easy. Plus, guests get a 50% discount on park entry.
I noticed the room lacked some common necessities, such as slippers.

Underwhelming Experience at a Themed Hotel

The room decor followed the theme as advertised and kept the children busy for a short while.
Check-in was slow it took over an hour despite only a few people ahead of me in line. Staff seemed uninterested in helping. They gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and seemed like the same options were presented each morning.

The staff was helpful and cute. They allowed an early check-in. the room was spacious enough for a family. my kids enjoyed the treasure hunt a lot. the room was very clean and well-kept. We found everything in order.
The room's ac was not working properly. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. it made the night uncomfortable for my family. it needs to be addressed .

The reception staff offered an early check-in without any prompting. It really helped us settle in after a long journey. The valet parking was quick. the staff was very attentive and friendly, specifically to the kids.

Awesome Stay!

The reception had such a warm welcome! The lobby was full of LEGO bricks. The hotel provided many activities tailored to different age groups, an excellent family-friendly destination. We got a suite that was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep.
I encountered slight delays during check-in, but the staff were quick to resolve the issues.

The suite included creative treasure hunts and gave complimentary park access. Creative workshops are a great touch, and there are scheduled times for kids. The room also featured a LEGO building station.
